Ticket Authenticity
EntryReserve does not verify the authenticity, validity, or accuracy of tickets listed by third-party sellers. Buyers assume all risk associated with purchasing tickets through the Platform. We strongly recommend verifying ticket details with the event venue before attending.
Resale Pricing
Tickets on EntryReserve may be listed above or below their original face value. Ticket prices are determined solely by sellers and do not reflect the face value or the opinion of EntryReserve. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may pay more or less than the original ticket price.
Auction Bidding
All bids are binding commitments. When you place a bid on an auction, you agree to complete the purchase if you are the winning bidder. Proxy bidding may automatically increase your visible bid up to the maximum amount you set. You are responsible for understanding how proxy bidding works before placing a bid.
Event Changes & Cancellations
EntryReserve is not responsible for events that are cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or relocated by the event organizer or venue. In the event of a cancellation, refund policies are determined by the seller or organizer, not by EntryReserve.
Organizer Responsibility
Event organizers who list events through EntryReserve are solely responsible for: the accuracy of event information; ticket fulfillment and delivery; event execution and any changes; compliance with local event licensing and permitting requirements; and all obligations to ticket holders.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use EntryReserve. Some events may have additional age restrictions set by the organizer or venue. It is your responsibility to verify you meet any age requirements before purchasing tickets.

Ticket resale laws vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that buying or selling tickets through EntryReserve complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your area. EntryReserve does not provide legal advice regarding ticket resale legality.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EntryReserve disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
